1. Purpose of the Consultation Call

The Premium 30-minute Consultation Call is an in-depth session to assess your grant writing needs, funding objectives, and project alignment with Grant Nomad’s services. This call provides expert insights but does not constitute a contractual agreement beyond the consultation.

2. Consultation Fee & Payment Terms

The 30-minute consultation call is priced at €50 (or automatically converted U.S. Dollar currency equivalent), payable in advance through the booking platform. This fee is non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in the cancellation and rescheduling policy below. Additional consultations beyond this session will be charged at the same rate unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Optional Recording and Transcription

For accuracy and record-keeping, we offer optional call recording, subject to your explicit consent at the start of the session. If agreed, the recording remains confidential and is used solely for internal purposes. You may request access to the recording if needed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may request a new time through the original booking platform or by contacting us directly.

Late Rescheduling/Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be considered canceled, and a refund will not be issued.

No-Show Policy: If you do not join the call within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the session is considered canceled without a refund.

5. Punctuality

Please be on time; the session is limited to the selected 30-minute schedule.

6. Confidentiality

All discussions during the consultation call will be kept strictly confidential. Grant Nomad will not disclose any details to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The consultation call provides preliminary insights and does not serve as formal grant application advice. Grant Nomad is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the discussion. Formal grant services require a separate contract.

8. No Guarantee of Services or Grant Outcomes

The consultation does not guarantee future engagement with Grant Nomad or successful grant outcomes. We reserve the right to decline projects if they do not align with our expertise or service scope.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling and participating in the paid consultation call, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
